Architect Led Design Build (ALDB) is sole-source responsibility for the development, architecture and design, and construction of buildings.

ALDB is a holistic process that brings together the typically disjointed process of building with a Developer, Architect, and Contractor.  This merger of duties is favorable to the quality and cost of building.
